How to update Vaccination Certificate in MySejahtera

Individuals vaccinated overseas must visit the nearest District Health Office (PKD) to submit documentation to process the digital vaccination certificate in MySejahtera.

Effective 08 September 2021, individuals vaccinated overseas must visit the nearest District Health Office (PKD) to submit documentation to process the digital vaccination certificate in MySejahtera. It is recommended to check if an appointment is required as many do not accept walk-ins from October 2021.

Individuals are required to complete their home quarantine or hotel quarantine in Malaysia before visiting the PKD office.

Individuals are required to fill an application form for the Covid-19 vaccination e-certificate in MySejahtera. Unfortunately, there is no standardized form. Please obtain the application form from the PKD in your district, as it differs by location. The PKD will only process applications residing in the same district.

Required Documents

  • Identity Card or Passport
  • Certificate or vaccine card
    a. Two doses for Pfizer, Sinovac, Sputnik V, Sinopharm, Zifivax, Moderna, or Astra Zeneca
    b. Single does for Janssen
  • Electricity bill or related documents for address verification

Processing time

The processing time can take up to 8 weeks for the registration to be processed and uploaded in MySejahtera.
