Club Med Underage Regulations in Indonesia

New Club Med underage regulations in Indonesia requires guest to be at least 21 years of age at time of check-in. Guest under the age of 21 years must be accompanied by a relative or guardian of 25 years or older. The guardian does not need to be a legal guardian.

Bookings must be cross-referenced with the relative or guardian and documented. Guest not conforming to this policy will be denied check-in with no compensation provided by the resort.

The legal age for purchase or consumption of alcohol is 21 years. Anyone caught drinking outside the legal age will have to face serious punishment or charges by the authority under the Ministry of Trade Regulation No20/2014 Art 15 Aceh Law No 6/2014 Art 3.
